This role works closely with marketing, product, data & analytics, and legal & compliance partners to deliver successful customer lifecycle campaigns.

- Communicate with a growing 30+ million member subscriber base and helping to craft communications like:
- Welcome/Onboarding
- Upsell and Winback sales copy promoting credit monitoring/identity theft protection products
- Lead generation (credit and insurance products)
- Retention and churn prevention
- Survey invitations
- Monthly Newsletters
- Educational material on credit-related topics
- Administrative product-related comms
- Collaborate with internal Marketing, Product and Data teams and third-party vendors to design and develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Draft and refine compelling email copy that supports product awareness and lead generation. Adapt content to meet the campaign objectives and align with brand voice.
- Translate user research and data into innovative copy that converts. After the campaign, react to lessons learned in the performance data for the next round of testing & optimization.
- Participate in the QA process to help support our goal of high quality output.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, related discipline; or equivalent experience.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in email content creation and management, retention, CRM, Loyalty, or other related functions.
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills to help us to maintain brand voice consistency.
- Strong aptitude for learning product-specific information and translating it into consumer-friendly messaging.
- Proven experience in marketing copywriting and content creation, preferably for consumer financial products or related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable leveraging large amounts of data to drive decisions and a passion for continuous testing and optimization.
- Consistent with Equifax’s 3/2+2 flexible work framework, a willingness to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Equifax’s Atlanta-based office
- Visual design skills: Conceptualize, design, and develop engaging digital creative assets, including graphics, animations, videos, and other multimedia content for CRM channels (email, site, and app).
- Experience with multi-channel marketing journeys (email, SMS, mobile).
- Highly effective communicator and skilled relationship-builder.
- Familiarity writing and/or editing HTML.
