The VP, Employer Services Analytics is a visionary leadership position responsible for architecting Equifax’s data-driven strategy and transforming complex internal data into high-value client products. You will serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, using expert data storytelling to influence business evolution and solve critical client pain points. This role requires a technical leader who can bridge the gap between rigorous data engineering and executive decision-making, while fostering a high-performance culture of "curiosity-driven" innovation across a multi-disciplinary team of analysts and scientists.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as an expert at presenting complex data narratives to clients, identifying business opportunity and solving their pain points
  • Proficient at developing executive-ready presentations and data dashboards that tell a compelling story to non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to package internal data assets into products and services that are value added to clients
  • Proactively influences business decision on product development based on industry trends, customer behaviors and internal analytics
  • Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring mid-level analysts and engineers, setting the bar for technical rigor and "curiosity-driven" innovation

What Experience You Need

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience of managing teams of analytical consultants, data analysts, data engineers and data scientists
  • Deep knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, etc.

What Could Set You Apart

  • A Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a highly quantitative field is preferred
  • Workforce analytics experience is preferred
  • Work experience with regulated data is preferred
