What You’ll Do
- Customer Contact: Answer customer calls and video chats to help them understand product features and services.
- Hands-On Help: Guide customers through setting up and using their products after a purchase.
- Solving Problems: Find and fix customer issues, and get help from other teams when problems are complex.
- Accurate Records: Keep detailed notes on all customer conversations for documentation.
- Teamwork: Work with colleagues to ensure a great customer experience.
- High school diploma.
- English proficiency B2.
- A minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic Knowledge of G-suite programs (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
