Equifax is wired for growth, and we are looking for a visionary Vice President of Global HR Technology & Innovation to transform our global employee experience. In this executive role, you will lead our Global HRIS organization, leveraging the Equifax Cloud™ and EFX.AI to build and maintain a world-class, automated, and insights-driven People platform with Workday.

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely two days a week, or from our global corporate HQ in Midtown, Atlanta, GA. (This is not a fully-remote role). This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.

What You’ll Do

  • Executive Strategy : Serve as the "Product Owner" for the global HR technology ecosystem, aligning a multi-year Workday roadmap with our "One Equifax" growth strategy.
  • System Delivery & Governance : Own end-to-end configuration, testing, and deployment for Core HCM and specialized modules, governing change via structured Agile practices and managing global system releases.
  • AI-First Innovation : Lead the deployment of Generative AI and automation tools to deliver an AI-forward employee experience and simplified HR processes.
  • Data-Driven Insights : Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to deliver reliable, real-time reporting & People Analytics with AI-enabled insights that drive business performance.
  • Global Systems Architecture : Oversee the governance and security of our global Workday tenants, ensuring seamless integration with our key finance ERP, identity platform, and our vendor partners.
  • People Leadership : Cultivate a customer-obsessed culture within the HRIS team, prioritizing talent development and psychological safety.

What Experience You Need

  • Strategic Leadership : 8+ years of HR technology experience with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role managing global Workday deployments.
  • Enterprise Transformation : Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale system migrations and process optimizations. Workday experience with either an implementation the full platform or a functionality is required.
  • Agile Mastery : Deep understanding of Agile/Product Management frameworks for delivering high-quality configuration and releases.
  • Executive Influence : Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical concepts and influence decisions at the SVP and EVP levels.

  • Skills Cloud Expertise: Experience implementing Workday Skills Cloud to drive talent mobility and internal growth.
  • Automation Background: Hands-on experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or AI-driven virtual assistants in an HR context.
  • Certification: Workday Pro, Workday Certification(s), or equivalent advanced credentials.
  • Global Footprint: Experience in global, regulated, or public-company environments.
