We’re currently seeking a contract Pre-Producer to support our Remote Webinar Program. This temporary role offers flexible preparation hours and fixed live event dates, with an expected workload of 30–35 hours per month.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the Remote Webinar Program from concept to execution, overseeing logistics and preparation for 2–4 webinars monthly.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, MedBridge staff, and consultants to shape high-quality educational content.
• Manage content production, including slide reviews, prep sessions, and day-of facilitation of live events.
• Partner cross-functionally with editorial, motion graphics, and post-production teams to ensure a polished final product.

Schedule Details:

Each webinar includes a set live date. Preparation hours (including content coordination and rehearsal) are flexible around your availability.

• Experience producing or coordinating live events, webinars, or educational content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Salary Range: $50/hour

At Medbridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
