JOB TITLE: Senior Account Executive

SUMMARY: Responsible for business development and client retention for the specified geographical region.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generates and develops new business to meet specified sales goals.
- Grows andmaintainsrelationships andnetworkwith specified geographical region customers and prospects.
- Functions asliaisonbetween client companies and operations staff.
- Negotiates contracts and work agreements.
- Generates weekly,monthly,and quarterly reports, tracking work as specified by manager.
- Consistently updates and records sales activity and progress in CRM.
- Participates in important business/trade events thatimpactbusinessunits.
- Possesses thorough knowledge of industry and product information.
- Possesses thorough knowledge of local competition and knowledge of prevalent industry and business climate within the region.
- Possesses excellent organizational, problem resolution, consultative sales,verbaland written communication skills.
- Promotescompany-endorsedprograms and services within assigned territory.
- Performs other relatedduties asassigned by management.
- At times expected to perform software demonstrations from our platforms.
TARGET GOALS AND REPERCUSSIONS:
As a Sales Representative, you may be assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Failure to meet these targets may result in the following repercussions:
- Performance Improvement Plan (PIP): If you consistently miss your sales targets, you may be placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) to address areas for improvement andestablishclear action steps to meet future goals.
- Training and Development: We are committed to supporting our team members' growth and success. If you struggle to meet targets, you may be provided withadditionaltraining and development opportunities to enhance your skills and performance.
- Reassignment or Termination:Ultimately, ifconsistent underperformance persists despite support and interventions, it may result in reassignment to a different role within the company or termination of employment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent,andone to two years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four years of experience in Salespreferred.
- Must bea self-starter and proactive.
- Commitment to excellence andhigh standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Goodjudgmentwith the ability to maketimelyand sounddecisions.
- Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
- Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of anorganization,especially C-level executives.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
- Excellentproblem-resolutionand consultative sales skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meetdeadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- ProficientinMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM(Salesforce preferred)solutions.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Requiresthe abilityto travel domestically and internationally to visit customers, attend conferences and eventsbased on the specified geographical region.
