JOB TITLE: Quality Assurance Engineer I

SUMMARY: Plans, directs, and coordinates preparation and implementation programs to ensure compliance with company’s quality processes and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze Functional requirements and specifications.
- Functional testing of the system.
- Develop and execute Test Plans for Functionality testing of application requirements.
- Identify & document test scenarios, regression testing, and negative testing.
- Document and follow up on defect resolution using TFS to maintain records of testing defects.
- Create and execute Functional and Usability test cases.
- Identifies tests that are good candidates for automation.
- Sanity testing of core requirements to ensure project have been successfully deployed to new environments and is error free.
- Regression Testing, to verify all functionality on all channels.
- Document the development testing process and provide regular updates to leads and management.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
- Work with support team to investigate bugs reported by clients, reproduce and document each reported error and prioritize the required fix.
- Be Involved directly on cases with customers in order to give a more promptly solution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent in related field.
- Two to four years related experience.
- 2 years of Q.A. Tester experience in testing on multiple platforms and devices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to details.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Automation experience using Selenium IDE/RC/ Web Driver
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as a part of a team.
