Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software developers and product managers to achieve their full potential. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's vision and goals. Work closely with current customers and prospects to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet market demands.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless product launches and customer satisfaction.
Off-Shore Resource Management: It is anticipated that we will be forming relationship(s) with outside development resources with skillsets to accelerate our feature delivery. Experience with managing these resources in areas of business relationship, productivity, scoping, and quality level are key.
Innovation and Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and methodologies. We are Microsoft focused, leveraging products such as Power Platform, D365 Field Service, D365 Business Central, D365 Finance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and partners, to gather feedback and ensure alignment on product direction.
Budget Management: Oversee the product development budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies. Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
