The Opportunity:
We are looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to take on recruitment for our newly merged organization. This role will own end-to-end hiring across NA and possibly EMEA while optimizing operations, and employer branding. You will partner with leaders to align talent strategy with business growth, ensuring we attract top talent in a competitive SaaS/AdTech landscape.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:
- Recruitment:
- Sourcing & Pipelining: Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche platforms, and talent mapping) to build a consistent pipeline of passive and active candidates for critical roles.
- Candidate Engagement & Closing: Employ high-touch recruitment tactics (personalized outreach, competitive benchmarking, and structured sell-to-close frameworks) to secure top-tier talent in competitive markets.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation —while maintaining a 90%+ acceptance rate.
- Data-Driven Hiring: Optimize recruitment funnels by analyzing conversion rates, time-to-fill, and sourcing channel efficacy, ensuring efficient and scalable hiring processes.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to refine candidate searches, and streamline interview loops for faster, higher-quality hires.
- Lead and mentor a recruiter through hands-on coaching, pipeline reviews, and skill development to drive hiring success.
- Operations
- Optimize Greenhouse ATS to streamline workflows, interview processes, and reporting.
- Manage offer lifecycle in Greenhouse (drafting, approvals) and execute employment agreements through DocuSign.
- Employer Branding:
- Partner with Marketing and Culture teams to develop and execute targeted employer branding campaigns across LinkedIn and social media platforms.
- Create and manage a weekly content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn to showcase company culture and career opportunities.
- Measure and optimize campaign performance by tracking key metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, applicant conversion).
- Leverage data insights to refine content strategy and maximize reach to passive candidates.
- Amplify employee advocacy by coordinating employee spotlights and testimonials
- Data & Stakeholder Management
- Deliver executive-ready quarterly reports on recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, source efficacy, hiring trends, and diversity metrics
- Maintain and optimize the Talent Acquisition dashboard by ensuring clean ATS data integration and transforming raw metrics into actionable insights
- Partner with hiring managers on interview best practices and competitive talent landscapes.
Requirements for the role:
- 4+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 1 years leading teams in a global SaaS/AdTech environment.
- Must have experience in the programatic space.
- Proven success hiring globally with deep understanding of regional employment regulations and cultural nuances.
- Partner to executives and hiring managers on location-based hiring strategies aligned with budget parameters.
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment tech stack(e.g., CodeSignal).
- Exceptional negotiation skills (vendors, offers).
- Demonstrated player/coach leader who balances hands-on recruiting with team mentorship.
- Cross-functional collaborator partnering effectively with People Ops and Finance teams.
