We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling graphics. As a Graphic Designer at IntelliShift, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and crafting visually appealing marketing materials that engage and increase our customer base.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing team members to design brochures, announcements, proposals, infographics, advertisements, info sheets, custom invitations, signage, event and campaign materials, and firm publications.
  • Manage corporate website and ensure page speeds, overall health, link maintenance are running well
  • Lead strategy to grow website presence to evolving and growing brand and positioning standards
  • Own the visual identity of the IntelliShift brand
  • Ability to strategically design at systems level, where components can be re-used and built to scale, optimized across different screen sizes and devices
  • Design various campaign deliverables including but not limited to presentations, emails, MMS, animated gifs, digital ads, mobile application banners, web heroes, brochures, catalogs, social media posts, flyers, event signage, packaging, infographics, etc.
  • Develop templates in InDesign, Illustrator, Word, and PowerPoint for general marketing and special projects.
  • Ensure continuity and brand compliance across digital platforms, updating internal and external online media with relevant content.
  • Implement firm brand goals into all visual designs.
  • Edit and refine PowerPoint presentations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to do it:

  • Minimum of 6 years in graphic design and experience creating print and/or digital in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, web design, or advertising
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop, and Premier).
  • Experience in digital page layout, including HTML emails, blogs, and webpage design.
  • Proficient in creating, editing, and maintaining video and audio files and interactive PDFs using iMovie, Premier, Vimeo, or similar platforms
  • Strong skills in the MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
  • Experience with email and event management platforms.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and strong experience preparing documents for professional printing.
  • Effective communication in a collaborative professional environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.
