Job Summary:
Health Recovery Solutions is a leading healthcare technology company that empowers providers and payors to deliver high quality clinical care through Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and telehealth solutions. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Associate to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role will play a critical part in budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis, partnering cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights that drive operational and financial outcomes. The FP&A Associate will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership, gaining exposure to key strategic initiatives across the business.
Essential Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for internal leadership and external stakeholders
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and ongoing tracking and analysis of performance against budget
- Own updates to financial models and forecasts, incorporating inputs from across the business
Strategic Finance & Modeling
- Support scenario modeling and financial analysis for M&A opportunities and ad hoc strategic initiatives
- Develop financial models to support business decisions across departments
- Maintain and enhance unit economics reporting by customer and product to inform strategic decisions
Business Partnership & Insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Conduct ongoing analysis of financial and operational metrics, translating data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Synthesize complex analyses into concise recommendations to support business performance and strategy
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role
- Strong financial modeling skills, including the ability to build and maintain integrated financial statements and forecasts
- Demonstrated ability to conduct deep-dive analyses and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Exceptional attention to detail with a “zero defect” mindset
- Proactive, ownership-oriented approach with a strong desire to learn and improve business performance
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
