What We Need

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue and Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales and revenue teams. This role will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, analyzing sales data, and driving revenue performance through insights and operational improvements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales analytics, CRM management (Salesforce.com), and revenue operations, ensuring the business makes data-driven decisions to maximize growth.

Job Duties

  • Analyze sales performance metrics and revenue trends to provide actionable insights.

  • Support revenue forecasting and pipeline management by working closely with sales leadership.

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data integrity and efficient workflows.

  • Calculate monthly and quarter commissions for Sales reps in accordance with the Sales Incentive Plan guidelines.

  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools.

  • Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

  • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend data-driven improvements.

  • Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and incentive program design.

  • Monitor and report on key revenue drivers, customer acquisition trends, and churn analysis.

  • Support pricing and deal desk activities, ensuring compliance with sales policies.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into sales data to uncover opportunities for growth.

  • Create monthly go-to-market presentations.

  • Create quarterly Board of Directors presentations.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical role.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI).

  • Understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue metrics.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
