We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Lead to join our healthcare team. The Clinical Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing clinical operations, guiding and mentoring staff, and ensuring the highest quality of patient care. This position combines leadership, clinical expertise, and administrative responsibilities to drive excellence across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee clinical activities to ensure adherence to protocols, standards, and guidelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and implement improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Participate in care planning and clinical decision-making processes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to keep staff updated on best practices, new protocols, and technologies.
  • Conduct educational sessions to enhance team skills and professional development.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance programs and participate in audits for regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to the development and review of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the clinical team and with other departments.
  • Advocate for patients, address concerns, and ensure their needs are integrated into care plans.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid and active Driver's License.
  • Five years’ experience in supervision of clinical operations.
  • Certified Ophthalmic Assistant.
