Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients surgery order forms and ensure accuracy.
• Surgery scheduling for 6 physicians.
• Oversee clearance management for all lid surgery cases.
• Review and process incoming clearance documentation.
• Maintain patient drop logs.
• Conduct nurse assessments for high-risk patients to determine suitability for ASC procedures.

• LPN certification required.
• Prefer at least one year's experience in eye care, or the medical environment.
