Description

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Collect, compile, and maintain accurate and complete research data and records.
  • Input and organize research data in databases or electronic systems.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through regular quality checks.
  • Assist in recruiting study participants and obtaining informed consent.
  • Maintain contact with study participants and schedule study visits as required.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical, regulatory, and institutional guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory documents to relevant authorities.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain study-related documents, including case report forms and study protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date study files.
  • Coordinate logistics for clinical trial activities, including ordering and distributing study materials.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating study visits, tests, and procedures.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking study progress and recruitment.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for the research team.
  • Manage study-related budgets and expenses.
  • Maintain inventory of study supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in data analysis and preparation of research reports.
  • Summarize research findings and assist in drafting publications or presentations.
  • Communicate with study participants, healthcare providers, and other research staff.
  • Collaborate with research team members to ensure the smooth operation of the study.

Requirements

Retina Clinical experience is a plus.
