Primarily responsible for all patient communication for surgery. The successful candidate must be a person with an optimistic outlook on life and have excellent interpersonal skills. *Overtime may be required. Some travel may be needed. Clinton/Newberry/Simpsonville locations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Face to Face Counseling with surgical patients.
• Chart Prep for all surgeries.
• Knowledgeable about all aspects of Eye Surgery.
• Schedule surgeries and provide patients with clear instructions for surgery.
• Organize charts and collect all pertinent information.
• Prepare and fax all pre-operative paperwork to patients’ primary care, cardiologists, etc. for Medical Clearance.
• Phone correspondence with surgical patients as needed.
• Correspondence with Optometrists.
