Job Description: Nurse Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Nurse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Center. This is a highly specialized nursing role that requires a deep understanding of surgical procedures, patient care, medical equipment, and management of staff.

Responsibilities:

- Assumes responsibility for updating knowledge of current polices and procedures, protocol and practices.

- Monitor patients during surgical procedures and provide support to the surgical team

- Administer medications and anesthesia as directed by the surgical team

- Develops and implements an adequate staffing plan, effective interview skills, and manages retention and turnover.

-Determines supplies, equipment and staffing are in place for successful operation of the department.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes

Requirements:

- Active RN license in the state of practice

- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience

-Minimum of 2 years of management experience

- Knowledge of surgical procedures, medical equipment, and anesthesia administration

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
