The Mission
We are seeking a proactive, high-execution Revenue Operations Analyst to own the daily performance and technical health of our GTM stack, to build and maintain executive level dashboards, and work seamlessly across functions to create, optimize and automate operational workflows to generate a humming revenue engine.
The Functional Pillars
-
Tactical Salesforce Administration (The "Agile Admin")
Time-Sensitive Execution: Handle rapid-response CRM updates including new field creation, picklist adjustments, and page layout tweaks to support new tech onboarding.
Pipeline Hygiene: Perform regular mass updates to Opportunities (e.g., shifting close dates, updating stages, or re-assigning owners) to ensure executive reporting remains accurate.
Data Governance: Manage the "cleanup" of the CRM environment by merging duplicate records and deleting obsolete data to keep the database lean and functional.
Admin Collaboration: Partner with the Lead SFDC Admin to ensure your tactical updates align with the broader system architecture.
-
Systems Engineering & Automation (The "Build")
Workflow & Workbook Engineering: Design and audit complex HubSpot workflows and Clay workbooks for lead enrichment, nurturing, and internal notifications.
Integration Management: Own the "plumbing" between tools (Clay ↔ HubSpot ↔ Salesforce) to ensure data flows bi-directionally without manual intervention.
Intake Ownership: Build and manage an automated request intake system (Airtable + Slack) to streamline how revenue teams report bugs or request quick CRM updates.
-
Operational Health & Troubleshooting (The "Fix")
First Line of Defense: Monitor the daily health of our stack and serve as the primary POC for "breaks" (e.g., syncing stalls or enrichment failures).
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve integration errors—specifically ensuring that data mapped from enrichment tools (Clay) is landing in the correct Salesforce fields.
Commission Logic: Support the automated commission process in Airtable; field review requests and investigate reporting breaks in Salesforce that may be causing incorrect payout calculations.
-
Cross-Functional Partnership (The "Visibility")
Data Translation: Pull and interpret reports from PowerBI for one off requests and for new dashboard creation needs
Sales Feedback Loop: Meet weekly with Sales and Marketing to translate campaign ideas into technical requirements and provide "sprint" updates on tech fixes or new builds.
Documentation: Maintain a "Tech Dictionary" mapping out our automation logic so the system remains transparent and scalable.
The Profile
Salesforce "Power User": Must have practical experience with Salesforce field creation, Data Loader (mass updates), and record merging. You know how to make changes without breaking existing automation.
Tech Savvy: Builder experience with Hubspot and Airtable required.
Automation Enthusiast: Experience with Clay, Gong, and Instantly is highly preferred. You enjoy building "waterfalls" of data.
Detail-Oriented & Cautious: You understand that a mass update to 1,000 Opportunities requires double-checking filters and running a backup first.
BI Literate: You are comfortable navigating PowerBI dashboards to find the data you need for the leadership team.
Proactive Self-Starter: You don't wait for a ticket; you see a gap in the process or a messy dataset and take the initiative to clean it up.
Excellent Communicator: Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing leads and leadership as well as representatives to ingest, document, prioritize and provide updates to projects and ad hoc requests.
