We’re seeking a versatile, growth-minded Marketing Web Developer to elevate Dynatron’s digital presence and bring our go-to-market strategy to life. In this high-impact role, you will architect, build, and optimize a modern, conversion-focused website that fuels traffic growth, drives lead generation, and showcases Dynatron’s value to the market.

Sitting directly within the Marketing team, you will shape the front-line digital experiences that influence prospects, customers, and partners, making this a critical role in our continued growth trajectory.
What You’ll Do
Build & Optimize High-Impact Web Experiences
- Own the end-to-end development, maintenance, and enhancement of the corporate website and microsites.
- Ensure sites are optimized for SEO, AEO, mobile performance, accessibility, and load speed using modern technical best practices.
- Implement A/B testing, personalization, and conversion optimization frameworks to maximize pipeline performance.
Bring Campaigns & Brand to Life
- Partner with design, content, and demand gen teams to deliver visually compelling, brand-consistent experiences.
- Translate GTM campaigns, product launches, and demand generation initiatives into high-performing digital touchpoints.
Integrate & Manage Marketing Technology
- Integrate the website with MarTech systems including marketing automation, CRM, analytics, tag management, and tracking platforms.
- Manage site infrastructure, CMS environments (WordPress, Webflow, or headless CMS), security controls, and scalability.
Measure, Analyze & Improve
- Monitor site performance, traffic, conversion trends, and user behavior to drive continuous improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend enhancements that support marketing and business goals.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Web Developer within B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of driving site performance and business impact.
- Strong fluency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, including WordPress, Webflow, or headless CMS architectures.
- Deep understanding of SaaS buyer journeys, GTM marketing motions, UTMs, attribution tracking, and demand generation strategy.
- Familiarity with integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, tag managers, and related MarTech tools.
- Strong grasp of SEO/AEO principles, accessibility standards, and web performance optimization techniques.
- A keen design sensibility and ability to collaborate closely with designers to translate mockups into polished digital experiences.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities.
