What We're Looking For
- Relevant experience. You bring experience in sales, business development, fitness, hospitality, events, or community building, with a passion for connecting people and creating opportunities.

- Sales-oriented. You enjoy meeting new people, starting conversations, building relationships, and turning those relationships into business opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial. You're comfortable working independently, trying new ideas, and figuring things out as you go.
- Well-connected or eager to get connected in Austin. You understand the local community and are excited to become part of its fitness ecosystem.
- Creative and hands-on. You're equally comfortable planning an event, walking into a studio, making outreach calls, or rolling up your sleeves to solve a problem.
- Organized and accountable. You can manage your own schedule, follow up consistently, and track your progress.
What Success Looks Like
Your primary goal is to help TeamUp build a meaningful customer base and reputation in Austin.
In your first 90 days, we'd expect you to:
- Meet and build relationships with our existing Austin customers.
- Visit 20–30+ prospective fitness businesses.
- Build an active pipeline of prospective TeamUp customers and referral partners.
- Organize several local activations that introduce TeamUp to Austin's fitness business community.
- Generate qualified introductions and sales opportunities for the TeamUp sales team.
Over time, success means growing our Austin customer base, increasing referrals and sales opportunities, and helping TeamUp develop a repeatable approach to entering new U.S. markets.
Why Join TeamUp?
This isn't a traditional desk job or a role where you'll simply execute someone else's marketing calendar.
You'll have the opportunity to help build TeamUp's U.S. presence, develop relationships across Austin's fitness community, experiment with new ideas, and see the direct impact of your work.
We're looking for someone who will take ownership, bring energy, and help us make things happen.
