DaySmart supercharges experienced-based businesses with innovative, industry-specific software services that power customer and revenue growth. With thousands of partners worldwide and dozens of industry awards, we provide best-in-class solutions to accelerate their business.

About the Role
DaySmart Recreation is looking for a hands-on Sales & Revenue Operations leader to help our sales teams operate with greater clarity, consistency and efficiency across our portfolio of recreation software businesses.
Supporting Sawyer, TeamUp and Dash, this person will be a key operating partner to Recreation leadership and our Sales and Marketing teams. You will own the sales forecast, pipeline discipline, sales process and operating cadence that help us understand performance, identify gaps early, improve seller productivity and make better decisions about where to focus.

You will not be doing this alone. Core sales reporting and scorecards are being built by a dedicated data team, and day-to-day CRM administration is handled by our systems partner. Your job is to put those inputs to work: interpret what the numbers are saying, decide what should change, and drive the fix with sales leaders.

This is an individual-contributor leadership role. We are looking for someone who can move easily between analysis and execution — from diagnosing why conversion changed or tightening the forecast to redesigning a qualification step or helping a sales leader see where their team is losing opportunities.
The goal is simple: help our teams sell more effectively and give leadership a clear, actionable view of what is happening across the revenue funnel.

What You'll Own

  • Sales Performance & Operating Rhythm
    • Partner with sales leaders to identify performance gaps, understand root causes and establish clear actions.
    • Lead monthly sales performance reviews and support broader Recreation operating reviews.
    • Translate the reporting and scorecards produced by the data team into a clear narrative for leadership: what moved, why, and what we are doing about it.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline
    • Own and continually improve the sales forecasting process.
    • Establish consistent pipeline definitions, stage criteria, hygiene standards and inspection processes.
    • Partner with sales leaders on pipeline coverage, rep productivity, quotas and capacity, working with the data team on the underlying analysis.
    • Identify bottlenecks and leakage throughout the sales funnel and recommend changes to improve conversion.
    • Help leadership understand where we are likely to outperform or miss before the results happen.
  • Sales Process & Productivity
    • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and help sellers spend more time selling.
    • Design and implement improvements across lead management, qualification, demos, follow-up, pipeline management and closing.
    • Standardize best practices where appropriate across Sawyer, TeamUp and Dash while recognizing the differences between each business.
    • Evaluate tools, automation and AI capabilities that can meaningfully improve seller productivity.
    • Create scalable processes rather than relying on manual work or individual knowledge.
  • Marketing & Sales Funnel
    • Partner closely with Marketing to understand lead volume, quality, attribution and conversion.
    • Analyze performance by acquisition channel and identify where funnel performance is improving or deteriorating.
    • Help design and measure GTM experiments across forms, segmentation, demo/trial flows and sales motions.
    • Ensure Sales teams understand Demand Generation initiatives and have visibility into what is driving their pipeline.
  • Systems & Data Partnership
    • Act as the voice of Sales to the data team and our CRM/systems partner: define requirements, prioritize requests and make sure what gets built solves real seller and leadership problems.
    • Own the business definitions behind key sales metrics so the data team, Finance and sales leaders are working from the same numbers.
    • Flag where systems or data quality are creating friction for sellers and drive the fix through the right owner.
  • Planning & Strategic Analysis
    • Support annual and quarterly sales planning, including targets, quotas, headcount, capacity and productivity assumptions.
    • Build models and analyses to support investment and resource decisions.
    • Partner with Finance to align sales forecasts and revenue plans.
    • Turn data into clear recommendations — not simply dashboards.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or a related role, with at least some of that time owning forecasting or pipeline for a sales team.
  • Experience supporting SMB SaaS sales organizations, ideally with high-volume inbound sales motions.
  • Deep understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, forecasting, rep productivity and SaaS metrics.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) and how sales processes are configured within them; you do not need to be the administrator, but you need to know what good looks like.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to identify trends, diagnose root causes and translate analysis into action.
  • Experience working closely with Demand Generation and understanding lead management, attribution and funnel conversion.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with BI tools and GTM technology.
  • Experience using automation and AI to improve GTM productivity is a plus.
  • Clear, concise communicator who can present findings and recommendations to senior business leaders.
  • Comfortable getting into the details — you do not believe Revenue Operations should operate from a dashboard alone.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can bring structure to ambiguity.
  • Strong judgment and a bias toward simple, scalable solutions.

What Success Looks Like

  • In your first year
    • Forecast accuracy and visibility meaningfully improve.
    • Pipeline definitions and stage criteria are consistent, understood and enforced across Sawyer, TeamUp and Dash.
    • Leadership can identify emerging performance gaps earlier and take action faster.
    • Sawyer, TeamUp and Dash have stronger and more consistent sales operating rhythms.
    • Marketing and Sales have clearer visibility into the full acquisition funnel and where conversion is breaking down.
    • Sales productivity improves through better processes, tools and automation.
    • The data team and systems partner are building the right things because Sales Operations has given them clear, prioritized requirements.
    • Sales & Revenue Operations becomes a trusted operating partner to leadership — not simply a reporting function.

The Person We're Looking For
You are an operator who happens to be great with data. You want to understand why the numbers are moving, not simply report what happened. When lead volume drops, conversion changes or a team falls behind plan, you dig in, identify the root cause and help determine what should happen next.

You are comfortable challenging assumptions, working directly with sales leaders and getting into the systems yourself when necessary. You bring rigor without bureaucracy and believe the best Sales & Revenue Operations teams make the organization faster, clearer and more accountable.
