Our Sales Enablement Manager will own the programs, systems, and methodology that equip our teams to win.
Role Overview
The Sales Enablement Manager owns the programs that drive sales performance at DaySmart, with clear accountability across five pillars: sales playbooks & methodology, training & coaching, demo optimization, new hire onboarding, and sales collateral & tools. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, CX, and RevOps to ensure our teams have the skills, content, and tools to consistently execute and win.
Key Responsibilities
- Enablement Strategy: Execute a sales enablement strategy aligned, in partnership with Sales Operations leadership, that align with DaySmart’s business goals. The strategy will focus on improving sales productivity, shortening sales cycles, and enhancing win rates. You will own the enablement roadmap in partnership with sales leadership, prioritized against measurable revenue outcomes.
- Sales Playbooks & Methodology: Own and evolve DaySmart’s sales methodology and playbooks across all verticals, with repeatable stage-by-stage plays for prospecting, discovery, demo, and close aligned to current messaging and buyer personas.
- Training & Coaching: Design and deliver ongoing training programs covering product knowledge, competitive differentiation, objection handling, and skills development. Build coaching frameworks with sales leadership to drive rep performance through structured reinforcement.
- Demo Optimization: Support the demo strategy across DaySmart’s product verticals. Collaborate with Product and Sales to build persona-aligned demo scripts and environments, track demo performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- New Hire Onboarding: Partner with sales leadership for the overall sales onboarding experience from pre-boarding through ramp completion. Design structured programs that accelerate time-to-productivity across product, process, tools, and methodology.
- Sales Collateral & Tools: Manage the full lifecycle of sales content including creation, maintenance, and governance. Own the content repository, sales engagement platforms, and CRM/LMS integrations. Evaluate and champion tools that improve sales productivity.
- Define and track enablement of KPIs including ramp time, training completion, content adoption, and deal execution quality. Use data to prioritize programs and demonstrate impact with sales leadership.
- Act as the cross-functional liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure GTM readiness for product launches, messaging updates, and competitive changes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales enablement experience with demonstrated ownership of playbooks, training, onboarding, or demo strategy in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to build and execute a sales methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or similar) and coach reps to adopt it consistently.
- Experience owning demo strategy and building demo environments and scripts that convert across multiple buyer personas and verticals.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, Calendly, Work Ramp LMS, Gong, Outreach, SMS Magic or similar platforms; comfortable using data to measure and report on enablement impact.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex product and sales concepts into clear, compelling content.

Salary
- The salary for this role is $100,000-120,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, internal equity, etc.

How You Will Work
This will be a US based position. We offer flexible work arrangements including fully remote, in person or hybrid opportunities. For those looking to work in person, we have physical offices in the following cities:
- Ann Arbor, MI
- Wayne, PA
- Austin, TX
Many DaySmart employees primarily work from home, and our teams are structured to operate efficiently in a distributed environment. While we don’t always share a physical office, we work together closely through remote collaboration practices.
We maintain a highly collaborative culture and expect all employees to actively participate in meetings, discussions, and team interactions. This includes joining scheduled video calls with cameras on, contributing to conversations, and being fully present.
