Role Overview:
We're seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead B2B marketing initiatives and work directly with our sales team. You'll develop, execute, and scale innovative demand generation programs that drive significant growth for Sawyer.
Collaboration Hours:
- 9am to 5pm EST, Mon – Fri.
- This is a fully remote position based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize a scalable, multi-channel demand generation strategy that drives leads, MQLs, and SQLs
- Analyze marketing and sales data to improve pipeline impact and revenue
- Manage lead lifecycle optimization, ensuring alignment with SDRs and Sales on lead routing, nurturing, scoring, and handoff processes
- Oversee email automation, landing pages, and content distribution, optimizing conversion rates across the funnel
- Create and manage ABM and vertical focused strategies for larger providers
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for marketing performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive projects to completion
- Manage vendor relationships for SEO, paid advertising, and reporting
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, focusing on the SMB space
- Expertise in building and running multi-channel campaigns
- Must have prior experience in the SaaS space
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
- Experience with Pardot is a plus
- Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, and other MarTech tools
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent project management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities

Salary
- The salary for this role is $115,000-$130,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, internal equity, etc.

How You Will Work
This will be a US based position. We offer flexible work arrangements including fully remote, in person or hybrid opportunities. For those looking to work in person, we have physical offices in the following cities:
- Ann Arbor, MI
- Wayne, PA
- Austin, TX
Many DaySmart employees primarily work from home, and our teams are structured to operate efficiently in a distributed environment. While we don’t always share a physical office, we work together closely through remote collaboration practices.
