As we continue to grow, we are looking for a results-driven, motivated go-getter, to help drive business for our Appointments team as an Account Executive. This position is responsible for qualifying prospects, identifying the best opportunities, and then articulating how our solution is the best fit for the client.

The position works in a vastly engaging, fun and fast-paced sales environment alongside our product development and marketing teams, continually building an extensive product knowledge that will underpin the sales efforts.

Key Job Functions:

  • Build business opportunities to grow revenue through various outbound efforts: phone, e-mail, and texting.
  • Qualify prospects quickly to assess the business opportunity.
  • Build rapport with and guide clients through the sales process.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the product and how you would employ industry best practices.
  • Demonstrate the solution(s) from a small one-person audience to higher levels of management individuals and teams.
  • Define clear next steps while navigating the sales cycle.
  • Efficiently follow up with prospects to drive the close.
  • Leverage client referrals, associations, and networking to build sales pipelines.
  • Update, manage and navigate multi touch campaigns for leads, opportunities and accounts using Salesforce, Salesloft and Gong.
  • Achieve all planned sales objectives, metrics, and targets monthly and quarterly by proactively selling to: prospective new customers, existing customers (renewing and upselling) and former customers who would be re enabling their services.
  • Minimal travel may be required, including travel to industry trade shows and conferences.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • SaaS software provider or industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience selling in the appointments and scheduling space preferred.
  • Proven experience effectively presenting technology and articulating the benefits of implementation.
  • Must be comfortable configuring the solution in order to properly demonstrate online sales presentations to various levels of management and subject matter experts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that drive engagement and are persuasive.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team skills that drive collaboration and sound decisions.
  • Ability to negotiate complex pricing options.
  • Ability to navigate within a complex, multi-department corporate environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Salary

The base salary for this role is $55,000 per year plus a variable pay plan worth $55,000 resulting in on-target earnings of $110,000.

How You Will Work

This will be a US based position. We offer flexible work arrangements including fully remote, in person or hybrid opportunities. For those looking to work in person, we have physical offices in the following cities:

  • Ann Arbor, MI
  • Scottsdale, AZ
  • Wayne, PA
  • Austin, TX

Many DaySmart employees primarily work from home, and our teams are structured to operate efficiently in a distributed environment. While we don’t always share a physical office, we work together closely through remote collaboration practices.

We maintain a highly collaborative culture and expect all employees to actively participate in meetings, discussions, and team interactions. This includes joining scheduled video calls with cameras on, contributing to conversations, and being fully present.
