Corestream is seeking a Client Service Coordinator who will play a crucial role in supporting our Client Executives in managing key client accounts. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing service requests, communications, reporting needs, escalations, and requests for additional products and services. We are looking for a problem solver who is willing to get scrappy and work with a variety of internal and external parties to solve issues quickly. Responsibilities:

• Experience with voluntary benefits (e.g. critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, legal plans, pet insurance, financial wellness offerings, employee purchasing programs, auto & home, etc.)
• Experience at a technology company, especially in HRTech, BenefitsTech, and/or FinTech
