Portal Content Specialist
Remote / Implementation / Full-Time
This role owns client-facing marketing content and platform configuration data end-to-end - from sourcing collateral and dynamic content directly from providers and partners, through entering and maintaining that data in our internal systems. The role supports new client and product onboarding, ongoing collateral and content updates, and day-to-day content maintenance in close partnership with Implementation. Just as importantly, this role is the go-to thought partner for our Product team whenever they're making changes to platform structure or how content is organized within it. This role works closely with our Implementation team during onboarding and with Product on ongoing content updates.
Location: Corestream is headquartered in Tampa, FL but with a significant population of employees based all over the country. Being based in Tampa is not a requirement to apply!
Your Mission
  • Own the plan and marketing content section of our client-facing platform end-to-end for new client onboarding and new product launches - including sourcing plan highlights, collateral, and dynamic content values directly from providers and partners - in coordination with our Implementation team.
  • Handle any collateral updates and enter them into our internal system on an ongoing basis.
  • Populate marketing content updates received from Product.
  • Identify and source new or updated dynamic content values directly from providers and partners, and enter them into our internal system.
  • Review and verify all platform entries against source material before publishing, catching errors prior to go-live rather than after.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and thought partner between platform content/structure and Product on questions or changes that impact platform content, configuration, or structure.
  • Proactively flag content dependencies, gaps, risks, or required updates before changes are implemented, and work with Product to clarify requirements as needed.
  • Own the execution and follow-through of content and configuration updates resulting from Product changes, including validating that updates are accurately reflected in the platform and escalating issues when necessary.
Recipe for Success
  • Experience owning a process end-to-end - from gathering the input to final delivery - rather than only executing one step of someone else's workflow.
  • Experience in a role where you're personally responsible for catching your own errors before something goes external or client-facing, without a downstream reviewer checking your work first.
  • Experience proactively advising other teams or functions on the downstream implications of a change - functioning as a go-to resource.
  • Experience independently identifying inefficiencies or gaps in a process and proactively fixing them.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume, detail-intensive workload against firm deadlines (onboarding go-live dates, ongoing maintenance, ad hoc escalations) with minimal errors.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, reduce repetitive manual tasks, and improve efficiency.
