| Finance, Planning and Reporting Manager Hybrid / Finance / Full-Time Corestream is looking for a hands-on Finance, Planning & Reporting Manager that will lead our financial planning, forecasting, modeling and reporting processes from end to end. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the organization to help them understand performance, make informed decisions, and continuously improve how we plan and report on the business. This role is a hybrid position, with an in-office presence on a weekly basis. Your Mission - Own all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, modeling and management reporting, including:
- Lead the annual budget process, including timelines, templates, assumptions and cross-functional inputs
- Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, variance analysis and executive reporting packages
- Build and maintain financial and operational models for revenue, expense, cash flow, profitability and scenario planning
- Report financial results, business trends, KPIs, risks and opportunities to senior leadership
- Develop clear reporting commentary that explains performance against budget, forecast and prior periods
- Partner with Accounting to ensure reporting aligns with actual results, close timing and GAAP requirements
- Improve planning templates, dashboards, financial reporting tools and data integrity across finance processes
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to streamline budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling and reporting workflows while maintaining strong review controls and data accuracy
- Serve as a finance business partner to department leaders and executives
- Translate operating plans into financial targets, assumptions and measurable KPIs
- Provide actionable analysis to support pricing, profitability, investments and strategic decisions
- Maintain and optimize finance systems and reporting processes to improve accuracy, consistency and efficiency
Recipe for Success - 5+ years' experience in finance, FP&A, financial reporting or related finance management roles
- Bachelors’ degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or relevant field is preferred
- Proven experience leading annual budgets, rolling forecasts, variance analysis and management reporting processes
- Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP and the connection between accounting results and operational performance
- Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, dashboarding and business performance management
- Ability to drive process improvement, including the practical use of AI-enabled planning, reporting, forecasting and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to analyze trends, identify key business drivers and recommend practical actions
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP, planning and reporting tools such as NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan, Power BI or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple planning cycles
- Ability to partner effectively across functions and communicate complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.
