Celero Commerce is seeking a Director of ISV Partner Sales to drive strategic partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). This individual contributor role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in business development, revenue growth, and technology partnerships. You’ll play a key role in identifying, cultivating, and managing ISV relationships to expand Celero’s market presence and drive mutual success.

Compensation: Base salary starting at $150,000+, with significant earning potential through commissions and residuals tied to partnership success.

Responsibilities

ISV Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a roadmap for identifying and securing ISV partnerships aligned with Celero’s growth and product strategy.

Business Development: Cultivate strong relationships with ISV executives, product managers, and sales teams to drive joint success.

Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to integrate Celero’s solutions within ISV ecosystems, maximizing market expansion and revenue generation.

Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations with ISV partners to establish agreements that provide long-term mutual value, working closely with legal and finance teams.

Partner Enablement: Ensure ISV partners are equipped with the necessary training, tools, and resources by collaborating with internal teams, including Solution Engineers and Relationship Managers.

Performance & Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze partnership success, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align ISV initiatives with overall company objectives.

Market & Industry Insights: Stay informed on competitive dynamics, industry trends, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.

Experience & Requirements

3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, with a focus on ISV or technology partnerships.

Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and long-term success through partnerships.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and partnership goals.

Experience leading complex negotiations and finalizing agreements that align with business objectives.

Ability to work cross-functionally and align initiatives with broader organizational goals.

Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies relevant to ISV partnerships.

Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
