About the Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee multiple projects of varying scale and complexity, managing them through their entire lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals, facilitate collaboration, and drive results. Your ability to adapt, communicate effectively, and lead with confidence will be essential to your success.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project charters and plans, including scope, goals, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.

Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through execution and closure, ensuring quality deliverables and project success.

Maintain project health by managing risks, monitoring scope, and addressing issues proactively to keep projects on track.

Facilitate meetings of varying complexity, provide thought leadership, and ensure stakeholders are informed through clear communication and documentation.

Manage resource allocation, advocate for project needs, and ensure organizational alignment with project priorities.

Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and ensuring thorough documentation and knowledge transfer.

Collaborate with Product Owners to establish technical requirements and align project deliverables with business needs.

Support strategic initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvements and future projects.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

Prepare program-level reports and dashboards while assisting in the development and documentation of department processes and best practices.

Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards, while continuously learning about industry trends and company systems.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Requirements

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of driving successful project execution.

Experience in merchant services or payments is a strong plus.

Proficiency in project management tools (Azure DevOps, ClickUp, LucidChart).

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and risk management abilities.
