In this role, you’ll provide exceptional technical support by promptly responding to user requests and resolving technical hardware and software issues. You’ll play a critical part in maintaining our technology infrastructure and ensuring seamless user experiences, both remotely and on-site.
Responsibilities
● Respond to technical assistance requests via ticketing system, phone, or email.
● Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac operating systems.
● Configure and manage new user accounts, hardware, and software.
● Set up and troubleshoot VOIP phones and communication tools (MS Teams, Zoom).
● Image and deploy hardware while maintaining up-to-date software master images.
● Support Network and Systems Engineers in deployments, migrations, and integration projects.
● Research and resolve technical inquiries while following established procedures.
● Create and maintain internal documentation, including Knowledge Base articles.
● Stay current on industry trends through training and webinars.
● Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience & Requirements
● 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
● High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
● Expertise in Office 365 administration and support.
● Proficiency in Active Directory and MS Teams.
● Advanced knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
● Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
● Experience with network printers, endpoint protection solutions, and VPN clients.
● General knowledge of PCI Compliance standards.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of technical expertise.
● Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
