Celero Commerce is seeking a dynamic ISV Partner Sales Director to join our team! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our market presence by identifying, cultivating, and closing strategic partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). If you have a proven track record in partner sales and the ability to drive growth through innovative solutions, this is the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partner Identification: Identify and prioritize potential ISV partners based on market trends, competitive analysis, and alignment with our product roadmap.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at target ISVs, including executives, product managers, and sales teams.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a thorough and accurate sales pipeline, providing timely, data-centric insights for long-term sales cycles.

  • Value Proposition: Articulate the value of partnering with Celero Commerce, showcasing the benefits of integrating our solutions into the ISV's product ecosystem.

  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations to secure partnership agreements that drive mutual growth and profitability. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts.

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Relationship Managers to provide resources and support, such as training sessions, co-marketing opportunities, and technical documentation.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance against KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership while identifying optimization opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to align partner initiatives with company goals.

  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to drive innovation and identify new partnership opportunities.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in partner sales, business development, or a related role within the software industry

  • Proven success in negotiating and closing complex deals with ISVs or technology partners

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, software licensing, and revenue-sharing agreements

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Results-oriented mindset with strategic thinking and a drive for success in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving business impact
