This role involves troubleshooting, resolution of issues, and escalation procedures, all while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor to ensure a consistent and excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities

Provide remote training to merchants on POS setup, functionality, integrations, and credit card terminal processing.

Diagnose network issues related to credit card terminal or processing application connectivity in a remote customer service setting.

Possess a strong understanding of the company's software, effectively resolving merchant inquiries, and escalating unresolved matters to relevant internal teams.

Schedule appointments for terminal activation and support issue resolution with merchants.

Ensure merchants and partners have a highly satisfactory payment experience with Celero's services.

Offer operational support across the Operations team as needed.

Participate in industry, product, and company trainings to maintain a competitive edge.

Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
Experience & Requirements

2+ years of experience in the Payments Industry or Merchant Services, with a focus on Customer Service

High school diploma required

Prior experience in Technical Operations or a Call Center environment is preferred

Proficiency in technical troubleshooting, including root cause analysis for complex problems

Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
-
Ability to maintain organization while effectively prioritizing responsibilities and workflows
-
Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate extended hours or specific shifts to meet business demands

Self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Aptitude for understanding, interpreting, and analyzing technical data

Commitment to ongoing learning, including mastery of company systems and external processing platforms
