Description

Position Summary

The Regional Business Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating business activities within a designated region. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and collaboration with various departments to achieve business objectives and targets.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Approve all time-off requests and maintain the Time-off Calendar.
  • Oversee Paycor for all business staff.
  • Maintain focus on overtime.
  • Serve as a resource for Office Managers/Leads in satellite offices.
  • Proficient in the check-in and check-out process.
  • Proficient in Phreesia.
  • Assist call center staff with patient scheduling.
  • Support projects for the Regional Director of Operations.
  • Schedule regular visits to satellite offices to meet with Office Managers/Leads/front staff.
  • Mentor Office Managers/Leads/Front staff to ensure adherence to protocols.
  • Maximize efficiency in front desk protocols.
  • Review monthly benchmarks.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Clinical Manager to ensure cohesive efforts between business and clinic.
  • Facilitate the integration of new offices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in a regional or area management capacity.
  • Valid and active Driver's License.
