About the Job

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services to employees and their families through PPL Corporation's Healthy for Life clinics. Working alongside primary care providers and an interdisciplinary care team, you'll help patients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, life transitions, and other behavioral health needs.

This part-time position is based in Louisville, KY and supports a multi-state employee population through a combination of onsite and virtual care. You'll collaborate closely with providers and care teams to deliver seamless, whole-person care while supporting wellness initiatives, behavioral health education, and employer-focused programming.

Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Provide evidence-based individual and family counseling

  • Partner with primary care providers to deliver integrated, whole-person care

  • Coordinate referrals to behavioral health specialists and community resources

  • Support patients through crisis intervention and behavioral health leave documentation, including FMLA, as appropriate

  • Deliver wellness initiatives, educational programs, and employer-focused outreach

  • Address social determinants of health by connecting patients with appropriate resources

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within the electronic medical record

What You'll Bring

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field

  • Active, unrestricted Kentucky LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license

  • Must have, or be willing and eligible to obtain, additional licensure in Indiana, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and potentially Virginia and Massachusetts. Candidates must meet each state's licensure requirements.

  • Minimum of 5 years of recent clinical counseling experience

  • Experience using electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems

  • Integrated behavioral health, employer-sponsored healthcare, or primary care experience preferred
