As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in helping CareATC attract the providers who deliver care across our growing network of health centers. Your primary focus will be recruiting Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants, while also supporting other strategic hiring initiatives across the organization as needed.

About the Job

This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven recruiting role focused primarily on physician and advanced practice clinician hiring. You'll develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, guide candidates through the hiring process, and partner closely with leaders to help CareATC attract exceptional talent.

You'll also leverage Workday Recruiting and other recruiting technologies to manage candidate workflows, maintain data integrity, and drive hiring outcomes.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

What You'll Do

  • Lead recruitment efforts for Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other advanced practice clinicians across multiple states

  • Develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and proactively engage active and passive candidates

  • Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies

  • Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit

  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers, and onboarding handoff activities

  • Build and maintain relationships with provider networks, professional organizations, residency programs, and industry contacts

  • Maintain recruiting activity and candidate data within Workday Recruiting and other recruiting platforms

  • Analyze recruiting trends and provide market insights related to talent availability, compensation, and hiring challenges

  • Support additional clinical, operational, and corporate hiring initiatives as business needs require

  • Contribute to recruiting process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and talent acquisition projects

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in physician, advanced practice clinician, healthcare, clinical, or corporate recruiting environments

  • Experience recruiting Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or other healthcare providers strongly preferred

  • Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying, engaging, and converting passive candidates

  • Experience utilizing Workday Recruiting or a comparable enterprise applicant tracking system preferred

  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage recruiting processes effectively

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating successfully with hiring managers and cross-functional teams

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
