Location: Greater Salt Lake City area or surrounding communities required
Remote Position: Candidates must reside in the Greater Salt Lake City area while supporting clients throughout the market
Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 annually + Bonus Eligibility

About the Job
As a Client Success Director, you will serve as the strategic lead for a portfolio of employer clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong business outcomes, and long-term partnership success.
This highly visible role combines relationship management, strategic consulting, contract renewals, and business growth. You'll work cross-functionally to align client objectives with operational execution while identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand partnerships.
This role supports clients throughout the Salt Lake City market and surrounding areas, balancing strategic account management with regular onsite client engagement.

What You'll Do
Serve as the strategic relationship lead for a portfolio of employer clients, driving engagement, satisfaction, and long-term success
Partner with client stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that improve outcomes and maximize program value
Lead contract renewals, retention efforts, and growth opportunities across assigned accounts
Present performance metrics, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations to executive audiences
Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, and Implementation teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
Advocate for client needs while identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand partnerships
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of client success, account management, benefits consulting, healthcare operations, or strategic customer relationship management experience
Proven success building trusted client relationships and driving retention, satisfaction, and growth
Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders
Must reside in the Greater Salt Lake City area and be willing to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
