About the Job

This is not a purely analytical role. As Director of Pricing, you’ll combine market insight, financial rigor, and commercial partnership to shape pricing strategy that drives sustainable growth in the Primary and Collaborative Care healthcare services market. You’ll work remotely with regular collaboration across distributed teams and limited travel.

Being consultative and collaborative—while remaining deeply data-driven—is central to success in this role. You’ll be a key partner to Finance, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Operations, contributing to the company’s strategic direction and long-term, profitable revenue growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development of pricing models and algorithms across all service delivery methods and product types
  • Serve as an engaged, collaborative member of the commercial and negotiating team, balancing financial outcomes with sales growth targets
  • Synthesize external market trends with internal profitability targets, financial performance, and budget considerations
  • Deliver informed, data-driven pricing recommendations based on analysis of internal and external data
  • Communicate pricing recommendations and decisions clearly in both written and verbal formats to leadership and business partners
  • Produce clear, detailed documentation of pricing assumptions, inclusions, and exclusions to support marketing materials, RFP responses, and contract terms
  • Monitor financial performance of client contract terms against budgeted revenue and profit margins
  • Adjust pricing recommendations as market conditions, financial results, or strategic priorities evolve
  • Maintain pricing trends and datasets to inform future market dynamics and strategic decisions

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field (required)
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in pricing, data analytics, finance, cost accounting, or related disciplines
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated success influencing business strategy and execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply insights in commercial settings
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and disciplines
  • Skilled communicator comfortable working with technical, financial, and clinical stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and perform in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Compensation

Salary Range: $135,000 – $150,000 annually
Based on a 40-hour work week. Compensation is determined by experience.
