This is not a traditional RN role. This hybrid position blends hands-on patient care, people leadership, and clinic operations across multiple CareATC health centers.

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily clinic operations, including workflows, scheduling, staffing coverage, and readiness
- Provide people leadership through onboarding, coaching, engagement, and performance support
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and AAAHC standards
- Support continuous improvement focused on patient care quality
- Deliver RN care coordination and clinical support, including assessments, documentation, and blood draws
- Oversee multiple chronic condition programs to drive patient engagement and outcomes
- Partner with the Nurse Practitioner on PHAs, wellness events, and engagement initiatives
- Travel to assigned mini-sites for operational oversight and connection
- Travel is variable, averaging ~2 travel days per quarter
- Some periods may include heavier travel (e.g., events), followed by lighter or no-travel weeks
What You’ll Bring
- Active Compact RN or multi-state licensure
- Current BLS or CPR certification
- 5+ years of RN experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (strongly preferred)
- 1+ year of people leadership or team lead experience (strongly preferred)
- Comfort balancing clinical care with leadership and operational responsibilities
- Willingness to travel between sites as needed
