About the Job:
Imagine stepping into a central leadership role where you provide hands-on direction for the integration, security, and quality of our core healthcare data assets. As the Manager, Data Integration & Analytics, you won't just oversee reporting; you will be the proactive project manager responsible for building a scalable data foundation. This includes coordinating complex data initiatives, automating integration workflows, and serving as the vital bridge between our technical team, internal business partners, and external vendors. Your leadership will ensure our data is accurate, trusted, and consistently available, directly empowering our analysts and strengthening CareATC’s enterprise data strategy.
What You’ll Do:
This role requires a blend of management, technical integration expertise, and quality leadership.
Leadership & Project Management

Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Analysts. Set clear priorities, allocate resources effectively, and uphold standards for data quality and documentation.

Plan and oversee new data integrations, reporting enhancements, and analytics deliverables.

Act as the primary liaison between the data team, internal stakeholders (Client Success, Clinical Operations, Sales), and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely execution.

Ensure transparency and accountability through meticulous project tracking, documentation, and communication.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to deeply understand their data needs and translate them into executable plans.
Data Integration & Quality Assurance
· Oversee the intake, transformation, and validation of external healthcare data (eligibility, claims, encounters, labs, and pharmacy).
· Drive automation and process improvement to reduce manual data handling and improve data reliability.
· Manage SFTP configurations, PGP encryption, and secure data exchanges with external clients and vendors.
· Implement robust data validation and monitoring tools to ensure data integrity across all systems.
· Review and approve data deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
· Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and security standards, and lead initiatives that enhance CareATC’s enterprise data strategy.
Strategy & Mentorship
· Offer hands-on mentorship in SQL, data modeling, and data validation to improve analytics efficiency and self-service capabilities.
· Participate in strategic planning with department leadership, contributing valuable insights on resource capacity and future data capabilities.
· Advocate for best practices in data governance and project workflows across the organization.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare data integration or data engineering required.

Prior experience managing or leading a team of analysts or technical professionals (at least 2 years preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or equivalent years of directly related work experience.

Expert proficiency with SFTP, PGP encryption, and automated file delivery systems.

Hands-on experience with SQL, SSRS, and data visualization tools.

Solid understanding of healthcare data types, including eligibility, claims, encounters, labs, and pharmacy information.

Familiarity with data modeling and data warehouse environments, preferably SQL Server.

Knowledge of data governance and metadata management frameworks.

Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor both technical and non-technical staff effectively.
