About the Job: The PHA Data Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Personal Health Assessment (PHA) data. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in healthcare data, quality, or compliance.

You’ll create individualized patient flyers summarizing health assessment results, verify data accuracy, and coordinate communication between patients, providers, and clinical teams. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality ensure every patient receives a precise, error-free health assessment — helping them better understand their wellness journey.

This is a Hybrid Role. Must have the ability to work at the Tulsa Support Center in Tulsa, OK.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process all PHA encounters to create individual patient flyers.
  • Review results and questionnaires for inconsistencies or missing data.
  • Communicate with patients to obtain necessary lab orders or redraws.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff and providers to resolve pending results.
  • Receive and process Physician Attestations.
  • Monitor patient portals and medical records for missing information.
  • Collect and maintain draw records from onsite events.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and external partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • An associate’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of related administrative or healthcare experience preferred (an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional eager to grow).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using Electronic Medical Record systems (eClinicalWorks preferred).
