  • Help teams stay on track with budgets, KPIs, and performance goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing standards, and AAAHC requirements
  • Jump in to help with patient care or administrative duties when needed
  • Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating support staff
  • Coach and mentor team members to build a strong culture of accountability, inclusion, and growth
  • Collaborate with the Area Operations Director to align clinic operations with organizational goals and client needs
  • Identify operational improvements and implement creative, cost-effective solutions
  • Support clinic openings and service transitions with on-the-ground leadership and planning

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare, operations, or people leadership
  • Experience with multi-site operations or health center performance is a plus
  • Working knowledge of healthcare performance metrics, budgeting, and process improvement
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
  • Comfort with technology, performance tracking tools, and healthcare systems
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach to leadership
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time to support clinics in Odessa and other areas in Texas
  • Must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area

And Just as Important…

Your drive to support others, your ability to adapt quickly, and your belief that healthcare should feel personal, consistent, and empowering — for both patients and teams. You lead by example, thrive on making things better, and show up ready to help every single day.
