About the Role:

This PRN position will support our Rhode Island region. You will see patients of all ages (2+) and provide virtual care when clinically appropriate.

Qualifications:

• A current Rhode Island Nurse Practitioner license

• DEA required for prescribing and dispensing

• Proven experience in a primary care setting, diagnosing and treating a wide range of health issues

• A strong desire to champion health, disease management, and prevention

• The ability to pass on-site credentialing
