About the Job:
Imagine stepping into a leadership role where you'll shape the future of CareATC by building our most valuable asset: our team. You will lead the development and execution of our talent acquisition strategy, driving long-term growth by bringing in the best and brightest professionals in the healthcare industry. Your day will involve mentoring a dedicated team, partnering with executive leadership to solve complex talent challenges, and leveraging data to optimize our recruitment efforts.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement a robust talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s goals and values.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team to achieve hiring targets and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing plans.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Oversee the management and optimization of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to build and maintain a strong employer brand and employee value proposition (EVP).
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure CareATC remains a competitive and attractive employer.
- Build and support a cohesive identity and culture of belonging and inclusion in the CareATC community.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with 5–7 years of leadership experience OR 10+ years of leadership experience in HR or Operations.
- A strong preference for experience in the healthcare industry and with the Workday ATS.

- Base Salary Range $120k to $130k plus annual bonus potential
