About the Opportunity: This isn't your typical primary care role. We're looking for a Board Eligible/Certified Physician to join our team at the Bartlett and Collierville, TN teams. Here, you'll be empowered to provide exceptional patient care without the traditional fee-for-service model.
You'll work collaboratively with a strong interdisciplinary team—two physicians, a nurse practitioner, clinical assistants, and an x-ray tech—all focused on one thing: patient-centered care. Our model is designed for you to shine, offering:

- Hours/Days Per Week: 32 hours/4 Days a week.
- Days/Hours: Mondays and Wednesdays at Bartlett, TN from 7AM-5:00PM, Tuesdays 8:00AM -6:00PM Thursday Collierville, TN7AM-5PM
Qualifications:
- Must see children ages 2+
- Provide Virtual care to patients when needed and clinically appropriate
- Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting
- Experience prescribing appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens to treat patient health Issues
- DEA required for prescribing and dispensing
- Ability to pass on-site credentialing
- Board Certified in primary care or another related field. (if Board eligible, must be willing to obtain Board certification)
- Degree from an accredited United States Medical School
- Must complete and pass a residency program in the United States
- Comply with all medical laws and HIPAA standards
- Current license in the state or states where physician will practice
- Strong desire to promote health, disease management and prevention
