About the Opportunity: This isn't your typical primary care role. We're looking for a Board Eligible/Certified Physician (MD/DO) to join our team at the 15th Street Health Center in Tulsa. Here, you'll be empowered to provide exceptional patient care without the traditional fee-for-service model.

You'll work collaboratively with a strong interdisciplinary team—two physicians, a nurse practitioner, clinical assistants, and an x-ray tech—all focused on one thing: patient-centered care. Our model is designed for you to shine, offering:

Qualifications:

  • Must see children ages 2+
  • Provide Virtual care to patients when needed and clinically appropriate
  • Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting
  • Experience prescribing appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens to treat patient health Issues
  • DEA required for prescribing and dispensing
  • Ability to pass on-site credentialing
  • Board Certified in primary care or another related field. (if Board eligible, must be willing to obtain Board certification)
  • Degree from an accredited United States Medical School
  • Must complete and pass a residency program in the United States
  • Comply with all medical laws and HIPAA standards
  • Current license in the state or states where physician will practice
  • Strong desire to promote health, disease management and prevention
