About the Job:
Imagine walking into our clinic each morning. You're not just arriving at work; you're stepping into your role as the first point of contact for our patients. The first thing you'll do is prepare the reception area, ensuring it's a welcoming space that sets a positive tone for everyone's visit.
Your role is about more than just checking people in. It's about being the person who can calm a nervous patient with a friendly smile, efficiently manage a busy schedule to prevent long wait times, and be the supportive hub of our clinic.
In this position, you'll be using your strong administrative skills to keep everything running smoothly—from handling phone calls to managing appointments and patient files. But what's even more important is your passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be the key to creating a welcoming and efficient experience, making a real impact on our patients and our team every single day.
What You’ll Do:

Greet, screen, schedule, and check in patients.

Answer phones, screen calls, take messages, and provide information.

Verify and update patient information, support medical staff and patients.

Request, send, and receive patient medical records.

Maintain files and assist in organizing office systems.

Order office and clinical supplies; assist with equipment care.

Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Education: High school diploma or GED required; medical administrative assistant diploma preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a medical office setting preferred.

Skills:
-
Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures.
-
Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
-
Proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Office.

Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
