About the Job:
Imagine being part of a mission-driven organization where your attention to detail and commitment to quality directly impact patient care and organizational excellence. As a Quality Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clinics and programs meet rigorous regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement across the organization. Your day will include coordinating licensing efforts, conducting internal audits, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
This is a hybrid role. Candidates must have the ability to work onsite at the Tulsa Support Center in Tulsa, OK, as needed.
What You’ll Do:

Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Facilitate quality improvement committees and process improvement projects.
-
Prepare reports for medical leadership to track quality outcomes.

Coordinate licensing and re-licensure processes across facilities and programs.
-
Maintain regulatory readiness and submit documentation for inspections, renewals, and audits.

Process medical records requests in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
-
Respond to subpoenas, audits, and third-party requests with confidentiality and accuracy.

Serve as a liaison with regulatory bodies during inspections and reviews.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:

High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Improvement, Compliance, Medical Records, or Regulatory Licensing Coordination in a healthcare setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Medical Record systems (eClinical Works preferred).

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and data analysis skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Ability to manage multiple projects and regulatory timelines effectively.
