About This Opportunity: CareATC is currently looking for a licensed PRN Physical Therapist to work collaboratively with the primary care and interdisciplinary care team at our Nintendo Health Center to treat acute or chronic musculoskeletal disorders and assist in chronic disease management through prescriptive therapeutic interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education. We are looking for someone with PRN availability between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday in Redmond, WA.
The role of the PRN Physical Therapist :
- Provide virtual and on-site physical therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to help patients heal from acute injury or manage chronic health conditions.
- Develop and monitor adherence to home exercise programs related to a patient's musculoskeletal condition.
- Assist patients in making lasting changes to improve their overall health using therapeutic interventions.
- Be a facilitator to ensure patient's continuity of care and serve as a conduit between the services of the health center, collaborating providers, and the community.
- Provide education related to injury prevention, safety, ergonomics, chronic disease management through movement strategies, and the role of musculoskeletal wellness in the management of chronic conditions to patients and employers.
- Act as the subject matter expert for early identification, treatment, and self-management of musculoskeletal conditions for the prevention of unnecessary specialty and radiology referrals.

Qualifications
- Graduate of a School of Physical Therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association and holds a license or temporary permit to practice as a Physical Therapist from the state they are practicing in.
- One year outpatient experience required.
- Compact Licensure where applicable.
- Must maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA and company policy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, time management and appropriate customer interaction skills.
