From Blueprint to Build-Out. Join our team as a National Facilities and Construction Specialist to oversee construction and facility upkeep.
The Facilities and Construction Specialist is responsible for overseeing minor construction projects, facility maintenance, managing general contractors, and managing contracts for Maintenance & General Services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) for existing & new CareATC health centers. Travel to Onsite implementation of new, transitioned, closing and renovated health centers is required. Some general handyman skills required (ex. Hanging pictures, assembling and installing furniture etc.). This role also requires successful completion of general office tasks and a proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Tour potential locations for health centers and report on observations.
- General duties
- Vet general contractors/handyman services for service, cost, timeline, value for new builds, renovations & maintenance
- Review leases for required maintenance (ex. HVAC, janitorial services, utilities, repairs)
- Meet GCs initially and review final SOW, layout, specifications, etc.
- Site-progress visits, yielding meaningful reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Set-ups, closures, moves (nationally/regionally/locally).
- Implementation/set-up new health centers throughout contiguous US.
- General handyman tasks.
- Effectively Utilize Project Management Software (Monday.com).
- Manage incoming HelpScout Facilities/Maintenance Ticket Requests.
- Analyze and work within scope of lease agreements.
- Physical labor setting up new/transition health centers.
- Matterport Management & Photos of the finished product/facility.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minor handyman skills with demonstrated knowledge required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial construction required.
- Knowledge of Primary Care, Occ Med, Physical Therapy, Radiology or other clinical service line preferred.
- Ability to communicate professionally and complete general office tasks on a computer required.
- Up to 50% travel required.
- Salary Range $52k-$60k
