In Summary...

Azalea Health is seeking an Implementation Specialist to facilitate a smooth transition for newly contracted clients to learn and successfully operate our software and third-party products. This role requires flexibility and amenability to meet the needs of physicians, practice administrators, and other executives.

What You Will Do...

  • Provide implementation solutions to Azalea Health Enterprise customers in a timely manner
  • Maintain a great relationship with all Azalea Health clients
  • Interact with customers through multiple platforms including: face-to-face interactions, web meetings, and email/phone communications
  • Effectively document and record all aspects of client interactions in the designated client management systems (to promote transparency and understanding of software issues); in addition to building, managing, and maintaining the help content and internal process documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Azalea's software products and services, including feature upgrades and functionality
  • Collaborate with multiple product teams and departments to facilitate resolutions for issues pertaining to applicable software applications
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Background And Skills You Will Bring...

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required
  • 2-4 years experience in Healthcare or Healthcare IT
  • Previous Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated prior experience in project management
  • Advanced communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence results at multiple organizational levels
  • Customer service and client relations acumen
  • Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in web-based and SaaS applications.
  • Ability to travel 20-30%
